F84/85 Soft Seated Spring Operated Safety Valves
Enhanced Performance conventional style SRV's with adjustable blowdown. Available in brass, carbon, and stainless steel materials with a variety of elastomer and plastic seats. Special alloy construction available. Made in accordance with ASME Section VIII or "CE" mark.
Connections: 1/2" - 2" inlet, threaded or flanged
Orifice Sizes: -4, -8, -6, -F, -G, -H, -J
Set Pressures: 15 to 9612 psig
Temperature Range: -423 to 525°F
Special Features: For air service, lift levers can be provided

F84M/F85M Micro Safety Valves
Compact gas and thermal safety relief valves of brass and stainless steel construction. Soft seats available in either plastic or elastomer materials. Valves are ideal for instrumentation panels, line blocks on cryogenic storage tanks, thermal relief or "Whistler valve" applications. Made in accordance with ASME Section VIII or "CE" mark. Adjustable blowdown design allows operation close to normal operating conditions.
Connections: 1/4" thru 3/4" NPT inlet; flanges and VCR connections available
Orifice Sizes: -1 (0.003 in2), -2 (0.015 in2), -3 (0.034 in2), -4 (0.065 in2)
Set Pressures: 15 to 10000 psig
Temperature Range: -423 to 525°F

F88 Balanced Safety Relief Valves
Balanced valve for both gas and liquid service, certified to ASME VIII or "CE" mark. Pop action on gas; initial modulation on liquid. Plastic seat and rugged balancing seal constructed of PTFE. Fixed blowdown.
Orifice Sizes: -4 and -8
Set Pressures: 50 to 4292 psig
Temperature Range: -423 to 400 °F

F84L Liquid Pressure Relief Valves
Liquid service valves with carbon steel or stainless steel construction with Teflon or other type plastic seats. These valves are balanced against back pressure and chatter-free, with maximum overpressure of 10% and a fixed blowdown within 20%. Valves are ideal for all liquid relief applications including positive displacement pump service. Made in accordance with ASME Section VIII or "CE" mark.
Orifice Sizes: -4, -8, -G, -J
Set Pressures: 30 to 4292 psig (8382 psig for -4)

F7000/8000 Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves
ASME Code POSRV's with carbon steel & stainless construction, snap & modulating action pilots. The F8000 includes an annular flow plug to optimize the valve's flow capacity for the particular service conditions. Other design features include:
- low profiles,
- inline repairability,
- minimal connections,|
- back flow preventer and
- field test connection as standard.
Made in accordance with ASME Section VIII or "CE" mark. Design provides for easy convertability of orifice sizes, field adjustable.

F7000/8000 IM Construction Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves
Flow Safe, Inc. is proud to introduce the F7000/8000 Series of Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves, with Integral Module (IM) Construction. This new series provides the latest in relief valve safety, reliability, and streamlined design, featuring the first direct mount pilot valve with integral porting. As shown on the right, no tubing is required to activate the valve and relieve the system pressure. Finally, a tubeless Pilot Operated Safety relief valve!

F70PR Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves
Pilot operated pressure relief valves with aluminum or carbon steel construction, modulating-action pilots. A variety of soft seat materials (Buna-N, Viton, etc.) are available. Ideal for natural gas regulator and meter protection, and positive displacement blower protection. Inline repairable. This product provides high capacity flow rates. Made for DOT / gas transmission applications (non-Code).
