Tom Donalson – President
Founder of CVI Solutions. Prior experience in sales, management and marketing with largest representative of Fisher Controls. Over 25 year span was responsible for international operations and most aspects of company. Also has background is systems and instrument engineering.
Larry Clark – Executive Vice President
Recognized authority in control valve engineering and applications. Retired from a 25 year career with Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., the largest control valve distributor for Fisher Controls/Emerson Process, where he held a variety of sales and management positions, including responsibility for the Control Valve, Regulator and Relief Valve businesses. Pretty much, if it has to do with control valves and regulators, Larry has seen it, touched it and understands it.
Wayne Hall – Vice President
Co-Founder of CVI Solutions. Wayne previously was a partner in VAC Systems, Inc., a distributor and integrator of on-off valve packages and closure products. Before VAC, he was a sales manager with the largest representative worldwide for Fisher Controls/Emerson Process. He was a key leader in the development of the quarter-turn business unit. Wayne is a specialist in the Pipeline industry in particular and is the “Go-To” guy for closure applications.
Jack Jennings – Vice President
Respected and popular member of the industry. Joined CVI Solutions after retiring from a 35-year career with Fisher Controls and their largest distributor worldwide. Jack can almost be considered “Mr. Control Valve.” His experience includes many years as Vice President of Sales and Product Manager for Control Valves and Regulators. He also was industry manager for Oil & Gas and relationship manager with many major oil companies. He has participated for many years as a Steering Committee member at the Texas A&M Symposium on the Process Industries and in 2005 was recognized with their annual award from his peers.
