Tom Donalson – President
Founder of CVI Solutions. Broad experience in corporate and general management, international operations and sales, and project management. Retired in 2000 after a 25-year career with Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., the largest representative/distributor for Emerson Process and Fisher Controls. During his time with Puffer, he was for many years Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Tom was involved in almost every aspect of the business and led the development of several new business units. He is widely respected for his straight-forward and principled approach and for his ability to adjust strategies to new information or market trends. Prior experience in chemical industry and engineering of digital control systems.

Larry Clark – Executive Vice President
Recognized authority in control valve engineering and applications. Retired from a 25 year career with Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., the largest control valve distributor for Fisher Controls/Emerson Process, where he held a variety of sales and management positions, including as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President responsible for the Control Valve and Regulator business. Pretty much, if it has to do with control valves and regulators, Larry has seen it, touched it and understands it. For over 10 years, he was responsible for all aspects of control valve relationships with small and large accounts in all industries, including engineering contractors. Prior experience in the engineering contractor business and in Oil & Gas operations.

Wayne Hall – Vice President
Co-Founder of CVI Solutions. Wayne previously was a partner in VAC Systems, Inc., a distributor and integrator of on-off valve packages and closure products. Before VAC, he was for many years with Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., the largest representative worldwide for Fisher Controls/Emerson Process. He was responsible for control valve and regulator sales to the Pipeline industry plus other major accounts and was the Sales Manager and key leader in the development of the quarter-turn business unit. Widely recognized in the manual and automated valve market for his extensive expertise, he knows the players and the nuances in a highly complex and fragmented business segment. Throughout his career, Wayne has maintained a connection to the Pipeline industry in particular and in the past few years has become the “Go-To” guy for closure applications.

Jack Jennings – Vice President
Recognized, respected and popular member of the control valve/regulator industry. Joined CVI Solutions after retiring from a 35-year career with Fisher Controls and Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., the largest distributor worldwide for Fisher Controls and Emerson Process. Jack can almost be considered “Mr. Control Valve.” His experience includes many years as Vice President of Sales and product manager for Control Valves, Regulators and Flow Computers. He also was industry manager for Oil & Gas and relationship manager with many major oil companies. Jack is a leading expert in control valve applications, reflecting 35 years experience in the control valve industry. He has participated for many years as a Steering Committee member at the Texas A&M Symposium on the Process Industries and in 2005 was recognized with their annual award from his peers. |
