JAG flocomponents USA, Inc. Appoints CVI Solutions

Houston, Texas, November 12, 2008 — JAG flocomponents is pleased to announce that CVI Solutions, Ltd., located in Houston and Oklahoma City, has agreed to be a distributor for JAG flocomponents’ valve products. The CVI Solutions has extensive experience in providing premier control products and solutions to process industry customers.

“CVI offers customers engineered solutions”, says Jim Stanczak, V.P. of USA Sales for JAG flocomponents. “Their affiliation with other top-tier manufacturers of complementary products often allows their sales people to pull JAG valve products with mid-stream and upstream customers. CVI’s focus on the same core markets as JAG, plus their sales teams’ ability to work with engineers to specify our valves, makes them a valuable additional sales channel.”

The JAG flocomponents USA distribution center, located in the Gulf Coast region, was established in 2006 to support the oil & gas midstream, upstream and production markets. Inventoried product includes ¼-36 inch ASME Class 150-2500 trunnion and floating ball valves and 2”-24” check valves in all pressure classes and end configurations. Thru-conduit gates, pigging, mud and ball valves up to 54” are also available.
