Sliding Stem Valves & Actuators

Dynaflo Model 360 Control Valve
The control valves are single port valves that can be used for either throttling or on-off control of either gas or liquids. Available in 150-600# ANSI ratings.

The actuator for the 360 series valve is typically a Dyna-Flo model DFC or DFO linear actuator. The heavy-duty actuators are spring return and can be used with or without a valve positioner.

Dynaflo Model 363 Control Valve
The Model 363 is a top guided, unbalanced, single port valve that is suitable for either throttling or on off control of either liquids or gases. Metal to metal seating is standard on Model 363 valves with an option for soft seating.

The standard actuator for the Model 360 Series valve is a Dyna-Flo model DFC or DFO linear actuator. These heavyduty actuators are spring return diaphragm style, and can be used for throttling or on-off service, with or without a valve positioner.

Dynaflo Model 390 High Pressure Control Valve
The control valves are heavy-duty, high pressure globle style valves that can be used in all kinds of demanding applications. Available in 900-1500# ANSI ratings.

The actuator for the 390 series valve is typically a Dyna-Flo model DFC or DFO linear actuator. The heavy-duty actuators are spring return and can be used with or without a valve positioner.

Dynaflo Model DFC/DFO Spring & Diaphragm Actuator
The actuators position the valve plug in the valve in response to the controller or the pneumatic output signals applied to the actuator diaphragm. The actuators are designed to provide dependable on-off or throttling operation of control valves.

DFO diaphragm actuators are direct acting. (Applying air pressure above the diaphragm casing forces the actuator stem downward). Should the loading pressure fail the spring forces the stem to the upward position. Available in sizes 2069, 2105, 2156, and 3220.

DFC diaphragm actuators are reverse acting. (Applying air pressure below the diaphragm casing forces the actuator stem upward against the opposing spring force). Should the loading pressure fail the spring forces the stem to the downward position. Available in sizes 2069, 2105, 2156, and 3220.

Rotary Valves & Actuators

Dynaflo Model 570 Control Valve
These control valves are a flangeless V-Ball style rotary control valve. The valves mate with ANSI class 150, 300, and 600 raised face flanges. The straight through unrestricted flow path provides higher capacity than globe style valves. A splined shaft provides accurate control in throttling operations and provides for several options in using power operated or manual actuators. Valves are used in both throttling and on/off control of liquids or gases. A wide variety of controllers can also be attached.

Dynaflo Model DFR Spring & Diaphragm Actuator
The Model DFR series rotary output spring and diaphragm actuator is used in all kinds of demanding applications. The Model DFR is used to automate control valves in both throttling and on/off control of liquids or gases. Output shaft options make the Model DFR a compact and convenient solution to louver and damper automation.

The Model DFR, when combined with a Model 560 V-ball control valve is a rugged control valve assembly, to which a wide variety of controllers can be attached.
